The aim was, "To create an industry that creates jobs long-term and provides previously unavailable services in Tanzania." This was done through training and employing Tanzanian Psychologists with financing from private sector companies who purchase EAP services.
In July 2010, Wellness Services Tanzania Limited was registered.
Business Case:
An organisation's work productivity is reliant on the well-being of the employees and their family members.
Using an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) to help employees resolve personal problems that affect work productivity, makes business sense.
Average annualized utilisation percent of our corporate clients is 86% - well above international averages of 2-25%.
